INDUSTRIAL OIL BURNER
Hi-Therm's Industrial Oil Burner series can be fired using Furnace Oil/Fuel Oil, Diesel, Light Oil and Heavy Oil. These burners are available in Fully automatic, Semi automatic and Manual operational models, as per client's requirement. They have a compact and a proven design, which is highly efficient and reliable. The construction is rugged, so that it has a long-lasting operating capability, once installed. These burners are available in On/Off functioning models for lower capacity range, and High/Low/On/Off functioning models for higher capacity range.
Hi-Therm has been an Industrial Oil Burner manufacturer, also known as Pressure Jet Burner, since its early years in 1990. It has successfully manufactured, supplied and installed numerous burners across India, as well as in the Middle-East and African regions.

Industrial Oil Burner comprises of the following :
Burner Head :
A series – On/Off model is suitable for low firing capacity. A built-in blower along with an oil pump with a head makes it a compact model, enabling it to be used on small air heaters, ovens etc, where space is a constraint.
B Series – High/Low/On/Off model employs two nozzles and hydraulically operated, rapid response air dampers, which regulates the combustion air at each firing rare. A unique system of hinged type maintenance door gives access to the combustion head for inspection and maintenance. Two stage operation automatically brings the industrial oil burner to low fire status once the desired temperature and pressure is attained and regulates output between the high and low fire set points, depending upon the demands of the system.
The air required for the combustion of fuel oil is provided by the blower. A floor / flange mounted fan provides the air supply for the system. It has a rectangular outlet with a flange, which is drilled for bolting onto the industrial oil burner head. The air is controlled through a regulator located on the suction side.
Heating Pumping Unit :
These units are designed to supply fuel oil to the industrial oil burner at a predetermined constant temperature and pressure, required for efficient combustion. The principal components are an immersion type electric heater, motorized rotary gear oil pump, oil filters and pressure gauges, duly fitted for the fuel control to the industrial oil burner. All the above components are neatly placed and piped on a common base tray, making it a compact and a coordinated, space saving design.
Electrical Control Panel :
The control panel is built into a free standing/wall mounted cabinet, which incorporates a sequence controller, starters for the fan, fuel pump, and heater. All components are prewired with input and output circuits being grouped for ease on onward connection.
